After taking a number of factors and constraints into consideration, the IAU Symposium 279 on "The Death of Massive Stars" has been postponed to
*** March 12-16, 2012 ***
Note that this is different from the original tentative rescheduling plan (early September, 2011). The venue of the conference, Nikko, Japan, is unchanged. For your information, the new schedule (March 2012) has been approved by the IAU Executive Committee.
When the registration will re-open, we will promptly inform you. Every update will be posted at the conference official site:
