For those who paid the registration fee of IAU 279 through Paypal, we have refunded the registration and banquet fees. You must have received the independent automatic email notification about the refund from Paypal. Please contact to LOC if you do not receive the notification within a day, or you have received multiple notifications.The detailed treatment of the refund depends on the credit card company. Should there be anything unclear, please confirm it with your credit card company.
Note that although we do not take any cancellation fee, there is a possibility that the amount you are paid back can be different from the original amount you paid - it can happen due to the exchange between your currency and Japanese Yen. We appreciate your understanding.
The new dates for the symposium are still TBD, and we will keep you updated. The registration fee will be again collected once we approach the newly scheduled symposium date.
